Born in Hungary, she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Pachai.
She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church and a past regent of the Catholic Daughters.
She was the widow of Thomas Sheehan Sr., who died in 1969.
She is survived by two sons, James P. Sheehan of Ithaca and Thomas J. Sheehan Jr. of Thousand Oaks, Calif; two daughters, Mary Tilton of Newfield and Elizabeth Hill of Ithaca; one brother, George Pachai of Groton; and six sisters, Margaret Corning, Anna Newhart and Elizabeth Oltz, all of Ithaca, Helen Sheehan of Texas, Irene English of Trumansburg and Jeanette Phillips of California; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
