Clifford V. Hill, 66, of St. Joseph, MO passed away Monday, February 12th at his home.
Clifford was born April 19, 1951 in Shenandoah, IA to Clifford Bud and Kathryn Ines (Thompson) Hill. He graduated for Rock Port High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Journalism Certificate from Missouri Western State University. He was a teacher and part-time principal at Ravanna, MO and taught at Ravenwood and Union Star School Districts in Missouri and for the Doniphan County DCEC in Elwood and Wathena, Kansas. He enjoyed photography and worked on the yearbooks for the Ravanna and Ravenwood schools. He crocheted hats for babies, he loved Jesus and family and he also enjoyed reading. He was a member of the Journey Baptist Church and was a founding member of the Lion's Club in Ravenwood, MO.
On May 27, 1973 he married Deborah Mary Duane in Kansas City, MO, she survives of the home.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be held Thursday, February 15th at 2:00PM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith and Sidenfaden Chapel. Interment will be at the Bennett Lane Cemetery in Savannah, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the St. Joseph Chapel.
The family requests memorial donations be made towards a headstone for Clifford.
