Bonnie Lou (Tapper) Briggs passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on February 7, 2018. She was born on March 28, 1938 to Albert and Agnes Tapper as the third of four children.

She grew up in Sunnyside, Wash. with her brothers and sister. She was always a hard working lady; raising three children from her first marriage to waitressing for several years.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to everyone. She loved her Larson family.

Bonnie loved to travel and went to Italy with her daughter Renae to see Brandon, her grandson, that was in the Army and to Florida to see Disney World. She traveled with her husband, Larry Briggs, to Hawaii, to Banff, Canada, to the ocean beaches. She loved raising Pomeranians. We love our mommy.

(daddy & the girls).

She loved fishing, hunting and camping with family and friends.

Bonnie had a battle with cancer for several years, ending up with a stroke.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Larry Briggs of Selah, Wa., her 2 sons, Rick (Terri) Larson of Port Angeles, Wa., Randy (Tammy) Larson of Selah, Wa., daughter Renae Larson of Yakima, Wa., brother Rodger Tapper of Warden, Wa., grandsons Dan, Rick, and Brandon Robinson, and Eric and Jarred Larson, granddaughters Crissy, Melanie, Audry, and Tiffany as well as 5 other grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and step-son Rockey (Jullian) Briggs. She loved her sisters-in-law Sandra Hanson and Lela Tapper Rendon & family, and brother-in-law Richard Jack Briggs.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Agnes, sister Pat Fike, brother Robert Tapper, sister-in-law Geraldine Tapper, and step-daughter Dorie Lynn Fieldman.

A special thank you to Landmark Nursing home and the great staff that gave her love and care. Thank you to Cottage in the Meadow and Brookside Funeral Home.
