Lili Callowhill formerly of Easton, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018, surrounded by her two daughters at the Mandrin Hospice House in Harwood, MD.

Born in Easton, MD, on November 12, 1944, she is predeceased by her parents, Sara and John Baynard and longtime partner, Jamie Wrightson.

Lili had a strong spirit, overcoming a series of obstacles throughout her life including a debilitating stroke seven years ago. She was funny, kind and loving. A single mother, she devoted her life to her two daughters.

A graduate of Fairfax Hall in Waynesboro, VA, and Katie Gibbs in Boston, Lili was an avid reader and ardent Orioles fan. She loved her job at Cooke’s Hope where she was able to talk with folks in the community.

Lili leaves behind her daughters, Anissa Brennan and her husband Joe of Arlington, VA and Robin Spear and her husband Todd of Annapolis, MD, also, her brother, John Baynard and his wife, Cheryl, of Savannah, GA. She was Granny to four grandchildren - Eli, Georgie, Jack and Ben. Her strength, courage, love and humor are a benchmark for those she leaves behind.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6th, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. followed by a 10:00 a.m. service celebrating Lili’s life at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 100 Peachblossom Rd. Interment will be at Spring Hill Cemetery Annex.
