Lisa (Bills) Lambert
August 26, 1959 ~ February 10, 2018

Lisa Lambert died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, at her home in Concord on February 8, 2018. She was 58.

Lisa was born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, on August 26, 1959, the second of six children of Jay and Shirley Bills.

Lisa met her eternal companion, Ralph Lambert, on a ferry heading to Catalina Island; shortly thereafter, they were married in the Mesa, Arizona LDS temple.

Lisa had a love of music and filled her home and her life with wonderful, uplifting songs.

Beyond music, she loved a good book, cooking and baking, sewing, volunteering, and reading to children. She earned a reputation for her delicious cookies among her friends.

Lisa had a firm testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ found in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served an eighteen-month mission in Belgium and held many positions in the church over the years.

Lisa was an intelligent, wonderful, compassionate daughter of God who always thought of others before herself, even during her long battle with cancer. The lives of all who knew her were blessed by her friendship, positive attitude, and ability to find joy in the journey.

She is survived by many loved ones—her parents, her husband and best friend, Ralph, along with her wonderful children, Amy, Kristy, Eric & Kylie, as well as all her siblings and many other friends and relatives.

Family and friends will gather for a funeral service at the LDS chapel at 11am at 1590 Denkinger Rd, Concord, CA, on Saturday, February 17. A public viewing will start at 10am.

Interment at Logan City Cemetery, Logan, Utah.

In lieu of flowers, Lisa asks that you read a book to a child.
