Mrs. Harry Carr, of Hunter, N.D., whose funeral service took place in this city Tuesday afternoon, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital, Fargo, N.D., on January 8, 1938. She had been confined at the hospital since December 18, 1937.
Mabel Pendergast, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon Pendergast, early residents of this city, was born in Sauk Centre on October 24, 1869. She married Harry Carr on October 24, 1895. They moved to Hunter, N.D., where they have since resided. They had four children, 3 daughters and 1 son: Cornelia, Beatrice, Martha, and Merlan. Mrs. Carr was a sister of Mrs. Maud Dewey and Mrs. H. N. Baldwin, of this city, who also survive.
