Mrs. Franklin was born on October 24, 1970 in Marshall County to David Cecil Franklin and Priscilla Rice Wilson.
She was a homemaker & enjoyed riding horses and motorcycles.
She loved spending time with her grandson & friends.
She was a member of Liberty Church in Arab.
Mrs. Franklin is survived by her mother & step-father, Priscilla Gaye Wilson and Richard; fiancé, LeRoy Reliford; son, Austin Warren T. Smith; daughter, Whitney Amber Thrower; grandson, Travis Dick; brothers & sister-in-laws, Lance Burgess & Teresa, Brent Burgess & Gayla, Michael Franklin & Holly; host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Belle Smith & father, David Cecil Franklin.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Brother Keith Hodges, officiating.
Burial will be in Mt. Oak/Ruth Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday January 13, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
