Letters in the adminisration of the estate of Mrs. Sarah J. Gregory who died October 17, 1917, is sought in a petition filed in District Court yesterday by Mrs. Gregory's daughter, Marian S. Bryant, of Sparks.
The estate consists of three acres of land near Franktown in Washoe valley where the Gregory family was pioneer residents, and according to the petition, the value is less than $3000. The petition names as heirs, in addition to Mrs. Bryant, Miss Maude M. Gregory of Reno and Miss Adeline Gregory of Washoe county.
A hearing was set for October 30th.
