VIRGINIA — Joan Millage, 96, died in Virginia. She was cremated and will be buried in May in Holy Family Cemetery. Born to Anna and Joseph Pfanenstiel, Joan grew up with six siblings in Davenport. She married Charles Millage; they relocated to Oxnard, California, in 1956. Joan resided in California for 46 years. The remainder of her life was in Virginia. Joan was a devoted mother who loved to paint, garden and volunteer at church.
She is survived by five daughters, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Many relatives live in the Quad-Cities.
