She was born November 08, 1945 in Calhoun County to the late Elmer Lee Thomas and Bessie Lee McCluney Thomas. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and loved her Sunday School Class and she was retired from Southwire Company in Starkville. Services will be Thursday, February 08, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Houston with Bro. Randy Rinehart officiating. Burial will be at Rhodes Chapel Cemetery. Memorial Funeral of Houston is in charge of arrangements. She is survived by her husband Larry Dan Wright of Houston; two daughters, Rhonda Hill of Houston and Laurie Springer (Jamie) of Houston; seven grandchildren, Jake Hill (Kim), Josh Hill (Whitley), Joe Hill (Kalyn), Tracy Springer, Danny Springer (Rayne), Bo Springer and Alyssa Wright; three great grandchildren, Emma Springer, Zion Hill and Maddie Hill; one sister, Linda Lucius (John) of Hernando; a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren, Ashley Turman and Kevin Ramage; a daughter, Angie Wright; four brothers, Cedric, James, Ted and Clinton Thomas and two sisters, Loretta Kilgore and Colleen Branch. Pallbearers will be Jake Hill, Josh Hill, Joe Hill, Tracy Springer, Danny Springer and Bo Springer. Visitation will be Thursday, February 08, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Houston.
