Janet was born on July 30, 1946 in Kansas City Missouri to Marvin and LaDonn (Winter) Jackson. Janet graduated from Chico High School on June 4, 1964. Shortly thereafter she met her husband Robert Webster. They married in 1968 and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents. She was survived by her husband Robert, her brother Louis Simpson, her sister Carol Howard, her 4 children Eric (Sheri), Glen (Dana), Sarah (Mike), and Elizabeth. She left behind 4 grandchildren: Skyler, Meagan, Lincoln, Nicholas, and Phanon and one great grandchild Mia as well as beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Janet dedicated her life to serving God and her family. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served in many areas of her church but especially enjoyed being a Sunday school teacher. Janet loved children and served as a surrogate mother to many. She had a way of making each child feel cherished and special.
Janet was a shining example of loving kindness. All who knew her felt the warmth of her spirit which had the power to uplift and comfort. She touched many lives in a quiet and selfless way. She was described by her family with these words: Loving, kind, forgiving, wise, gentle, humble, patient, awesome, and beautiful. She will be dearly missed by all.
