She was born on February 21, 1958 in Keokuk, IA at St. Joseph's Hospital. Pamela was the second daughter of John Edward and Martha Elaine Lambert Boley. She was one of 11 children.
She was united in marriage to Michael L. Belton on December 19, 1981. He survives.
Pamela is also survived by one son, Brandon Belton (Beth) of Honolulu, HI. Brandon was the light of her life and she enjoyed visits to her son's island home. Pam leaves behind a sister, Peggy (Mohammad) Jahani of Sacramento, CA, brothers John (Andrea) of Basco, IL. Philip Andrew of Sacramento, CA., Daniel (Rosie) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Todd and Doug of Keokuk, IA and several nieces and nephews, along with very special friends Lena Dyer, Patty Hymes, Kim Nelson, and Connie St. Clair.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Penny Dill, and three brothers Mark, Scot and Dale Joseph Boley (in infancy).
Pam was a lifelong resident of Keokuk. She attended Keokuk Senior High School. She worked as a CNA when younger at the current Lexington Square Nursing Home. Pam was a homemaker all of her adult life and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and friends.
Pamela was of the Catholic faith.
Her hobbies were playing bingo, poker, Yahtzee, baking wonderful goodies for her loved ones, and traveling. Along with this, she helped raise and care for all of her nieces, nephews, and neighboring children, in particular her niece/sidekick Madison Smith and Jenny Hall-the daughter Pam never had.
Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk.
