He was born Sept. 10, 1960, in Keokuk, the son of John and Elaine Lambert Boley.
He married Andrea Jones on Sept. 10, 1997, in Keokuk. She survives.
Other survivors include four children, Shaleen Jones and Dylan Boley both of the home, Tiann Boley of Davenport, and Kori Boley of Wewohitchka, Fla., two grandchildren, Kyle and Tyson; six brothers, John Boley III and his wife, Chris, of Burlington, Mark Boley and his wife, Tammy, of Keokuk, Andy Boley of Burlington, Doug Boley of Clarinda, Todd Boley of Keokuk, and Danny Boley and his wife, Rosie, of Burlington; two sisters, Pam Belton and her husband, Mike, of Keokuk, and Peggy Jahani and her husband, Mohammad, of Sacramento, Calif.; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents, a brother in infancy, Dale Joseph Boley, and a sister, Penny Boley Dill.
He was a member of the All Saints Catholic Church in Keokuk.
He enjoyed fishing, motorcycling and wrenching. Most of all, he enjoyed the times he spent with his family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at All Saints Catholic Church, with Father Christopher David officiating.
Burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Carthage, Ill.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with the family meeting with friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
A memorial has been established for the family.
