Services for Francis " Frank " Evans, 59, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Rumsey Funeral Home with Dr. Ray Jones, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Evans died Sunday in a traffic accident on Clinton Parkway near Crossgate Drive.
He was born April 10, 1927, in Jefferson County. He had been a laborer for a number of farmers in Lawrence area and he also worked at the Lawrence Livestock Sale Barn. Most recently he was an employed by Quaker Oats, and Packer Plastics Inc.
Survivors include a brother, Clifford Evans Sr., Baldwin;
and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Dickerman, Norman, Okla.
