Immigrated with her husband Jake from Radoszyce, Poland, (was control by Russia in 1911) which is about 85 mils South-South West from Warsaw, to Québec, Canada. Edal then applied to for entrance at US Console in Québec per a pre-examination application in 4 Nov 1912. She then traveled to Topeka, KS by railroad with her 2 year old daughter Pauline. Later moved to Kansas City, Mo. per the 1930 census (listed as Ada). The family then moved to Washington, DC 1941 and their daughter Sarah married William Dargoff on 1 Oct 1941 in Leesburg, Va.

IDA KLOPPER, died on Friday, October 9, 1970. IDA KLOPPER, beloved mother of Mrs. Pauline Samberg of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Sarah Targoff of Silver Spring, Md. And Mrs. Rose Zorn of Silver Spring, Md. She also is survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services at the Bernard Danzansky and Sons Funeral Home, 3501 14th St. NW (parking facilities adjacent) on Sunday, October 11, at 10:30 a.m. Interment King David Memorial Garden.
