Faye D. Cook, 88, of Pigeon Forge passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
She was a very active member of Glades Lebanon Baptist Church.
Faye sang in the quartet “Southern Harmony” and taught Sunday school for as many years as she was able.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Preston and Mintha Cook; sisters, Edna Howard, Nella Hill, Bernice Roberts, June Parrott; and brother, Dewey Cook.
Faye is survived by her sister and caregiver, Veryl Monhollen; sisters, Kate Blalock, and Shelby Valentine and husband, Ralph; several nieces and nephews; and her special niece and caregiver, Melissa Huskey and husband, Michael.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Monday, January 22nd with the funeral service to follow at 7 pm in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
Rev. Jeff Blalock will be officiating.
Family and friends will leave at 10:30 am Tuesday in procession from Atchley Funeral Home to Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens, Pigeon Forge for the graveside
service.
