Ralph Agee, age 61, died Tuesday, August 1, 2006. at Erlander Hospital in Chattanooga from injuries substained in an automobile accident.

His wishes were for cremation so no service is planned.

His family includes a son, Jeffery Lee Agee of Livingston, Texas, a brother and sister-n-law, Donnie and Gloria Agee of Cookeville, a sister and brother-n-law, Susan Agee and Edward Guerin of Silver Point. grand child, Tyer Agee: two nieces, Cindy Agee Sparks of Silver Point and Betsy Tucker Marlow of Atlanta, Ga; two nephews, Josh and Lucas Tucker, both of Silver Point, a Goddaughter, Haley Carr of Silver Point; and a host of friends and relatives who loved him very much.

Mr agee. was preceded in death by an Infant son, Jason Earl Agee and his parents. Earl J. Agee and Betty Jane Starnes Agee
