Larry W. Carver
ENTERPRISE — Larry W. Carver, 68, Enterprise, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006. Mr. Carver was born Nov 24,1937, in Ames. He was a U.S. mail contractor for 34 years, retiring in 1989.
Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Chopp of Wymore, Neb., Mona Whiteside of Concordia and LaShon Graves of Solomon; four sons, Bruce and Matt, both of Abilene, Clay of Hastings, Neb., and Kyle of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Marjorie Ekstrom of Belleville and Deanna Jardoe of Nebron, Neb.; five brothers, Ivan of Lake Havasu, Ariz., Steve of Topeka, Curtis of Nelson, Neb., and Paul and Joe, both of lola; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Danner Funeral Home, 501 N. Buckeye, Box 758, Abilene 67410. A private family inurnment will be at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Dickinson County Area Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
