Survived by three sons - W.S. Sampley, W.R. Sampley, Troy Sampley; two daughters - Mrs. Cora Conley and Mrs. Mattie Fobes; two step-daughters - Mrs. Ed Pierce and Mrs. V.W. Stafford; three sisters - Mrs. Sara Tatum, Mrs. Lou Kenyon, Mrs. Tilda Johnson; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
