Warroad, Minn. - Denis Gene Pearson, 57, Warroad, died Thursday, Aug 3, 1989, in Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Zion Lutheran Church, Warroad. Visitation with be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Helgeson Funeral Home, Warroad, and one hour before services in the church.
Denis Pearson was born March 3, 1932, in Warroad, the son of Ingeborg and Peter Pearson, and grew up and lived in Swift, Minn. In 1964, he moved to East Grand Forks and worked at Grand Forks Air Force Base. In 1984, he moved to Warroad to work at Marvin Windows. He married Eva Sutliff Nov. 27, 1951, in Warroad.
She survives along with daughter, Kathy (Mrs. Ron) Quaife, Warroad; son, Gene Pearson, Casco, Maine; four grandchildren' his mother, living in Warroad; sisters, Irene Stromstad, Warroad, Evelyn (Mrs. Vernon) Dahl and Darlene (Mrs. Lyle) Roseen, both of Roseau, Minn.; brothers, Iver. Basin, Wyo., Elvin, East Grand Forks, Edwin, Babbitt, Minn., Carroll, Warroad, and Larry, Florissant, Mo.
He was preceded in death by two daughters and two brothers.
