Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Rodney Frank Howard was born June 14, 1939 to Opal Doris (Dobson) and Wayne N. Howard in Lubbock, TX. He graduated from Odessa High School. Rodney worked as a number one Plant Operator at Chevron/Headlee Plant for 39 years. His hobbies include photography and woodworking.
Rodney is preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Wayne Howard.
He is survived by his daughter, Kalen Altis and husband, Wayne; brother, Paul Howard and wife, Cindy; sister, Kay Canales; three grandchildren, Amy Hack and husband, Jerry, Brandon Johnson and wife, Amanda, Cody Johnson and wife, Trysha and seven great grandchildren.
