Preceded in death by his parents, Collin Calvin and Lydia Ledkins Hanks; sister, Mary Alice Slaughter; brothers, Roy Huell Hanks, Ivy Howard Hanks, Lester James Hanks and Raymond Earl Hanks; granddaughter, Kelda Brittian Monroe. Extracted from obituary in the Pensacola News Journal, March 2006; and the Nationwide Gravesite Locator.
