Jerry Gordon Beard, 83, Lexington, husband of Joann Yeates Beard, passed away Wenesday, December 27, 2017. Born to the late Ed Beard and Merley Mabry Beard on May 4, 1934 in Madisonville, Kentucky. Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his, survivors include three children, Brian (Hannah) Beard; Sarah (Taylor) Spivey and Stacy Robinson; one sister Shirley Anne (Kenneth) Kembel and four grandchildren, Cassie Lynn Robinson, Skylar Diego Beard, Emily Luren Beard, and Sutton Elizabeth Spivey. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Jessamine County, Kentucky.
