He was a Vietnam Veteran. Born in Ft. Smith, Ark, Dec 22, 1937. Lived in Sacramento, CA.
Roy served 23 years in the USAF. Worked 21 years for the State of CA as Veterans Employment Rep. Retired in 2000. Past Commander for VFW Post 85, worked for Veterans Stand Down programs.
He was a Master Mason #200, in Truckee, CA. and a Kerak Shiner, in Reno, NV.
Roy leaves behind his wife Jeannie Caldwell. Mother Lucille Caldwell, FT Smith, ARK. Father Reginal Caldwell, deceased. Sister Margaret Lorenz, Woodstock, Va. Son's Roy Caldwell Jr. (Miliza) Elk Grove. Neal Caldwell (Liz) Kuna, Idaho. Three Grand Children JC, Chloe, Magan.
Burial will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon. 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620, on January 9, 2018. Time 1:00pm, sharp
