Mrs. Betty Jewell Bly, 84, of Winchester, died Sunday, December 24th at Winchester Medical Center.
Mrs. Bly, born in Arlington, VA; was the daughter of the late James D. Jewell and Roberta Lawrence Jewell and the widow of Douglas W. Bly, Sr who she married in Arlington, VA; on July 14, 1951. She was also preceded in death by a son, Douglas W. Bly, Jr., a brother and two sisters.
She was a member of Opequon Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Leon of Cape Coral, FL; one grandchild and a sister.
