Services for Howard Radford Cope, age 91, of Livingston, Tennessee, will be conducted on Wednesday, December 20, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Cross will officiate. Interment will be in the Amonette Cemetery.
Mr. Cope passed from this life on Sunday, December 17, 2017. He was born in Clinton County, Kentucky, on November 1, 1926 to the late James Alexander Cope and
Donna Maude Phillips Cope. Mr. Cope enjoyed his woodworking, landscaping, bluegrass music, hunting and fishing. He loved his family reunions every year at Dale Hollow.
Mr Cope is survived by his daughters,
Wilma Rockwell and husband Ray; Kathy Neal and her husband Mark all of Overton County, Tennessee; and Carol Ray of Fishers, Indiana; son, Johnny Cope of Overton County; brothers, Eugene Cope and his wife Louise of Pickett County, Tennessee, Wanza Cope and wife Sue of Ohio and Leon Cope and Jan of Ohio;
sister-in-laws Edan Cope of Ohio,
Hilda Cope of Pickett County, Tennessee,
Daisy Johnson of Ohio, and Linda Cisco of Putnam County, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and
2 great great grandsons.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Edith Claborn Cope; his son Lester Cope; grandson Jamie Cope; daughter-in-law,
Marcia Geesling Cope; sister Gladys Cope; brothers, Chat, John L., James and Dee Cope.
