He was born in Dickenson County, Virginia; son of the late Winford and Nannie Mae Hale Mullins. He was a retired coal miner and a member of the U.M.W.A.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, one daughter, one son, two brothers, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Clifford O. Mullins will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in West Dante Community Church, West Dante, Virginia with Rev. Darrell Milgrim, Rev. Danny Meade, and Rev. Frank Hurd officiating. Interment will follow in Arch Meade Cemetery, Castlewood, Virginia. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
