On September 22, 1969 Tammi Sue was born to Clifford Louis Guidry and Rayetta Landry Guidry. She grew up in the community of Oyster Creek. She attended Velasco Elementary, Freeport Intermediate and Brazosport Hight School. She was a proud Exporter for life. Tammi was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Catholic Church. She was an avid hobbyist doing things such as making wreaths, t-shirts, scrapbooking, but most of all baking all kinds of desserts. She worked for Angleton ISD for 15yrs with the last 5yrs for Brazosport ISD. Tammi never met a stranger. She had a very big and giving heart, always helping others. She was married for 20yrs to Charles Hawkins. Tammi is survived by her husband, 3 children Dylan of New York, Kaylea, and Joseph of Freeport, 1 grandchild Naya of Freeport, her parents Louis and Rayetta Guidry, 1 sister Sheri Riojas(Robert) of Freeport, grandparents Joe & Nolia Martinez of Oyster Creek, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Robert Bacon, David Stephenson, Kade Sanderson, Troy Tracy, Kevin Staggs, Robert Riojas & Robert Sanderson. Honorary Pallbearers: Faculty and Staff of Ogg Elementary & B* Success Academy.
