Jane 'Futral' Heflin, the daughter of Benjamin Futral and his wife Nancy 'Smith' Futral married Wiley Jacob Heflin on (15 Nov 1849) in Henry County, Georgia. It is also belived that their family eventually migrated to Neshoba County, Mississippi.

OF INTEREST:
On the 1850 US Census for Henry County, Georgia (which is attached to Jane 'Futral' Heflin's Findagrave memorial above; which was enumerated: 17 Oct 1850), "J. Heflin" (Jane Heflin) is listed as being 26 years of age (Line 17) - that being so, Jane would most likely have been born (around 1824.) Also, this Census shows that Wiley J. Heflin had been previously married; and that his children were living with him and his new wife Jane 'Futral' Heflin. And that there is the (possibility) that "J.C. Heflin" (a young male child recorded as being 1 year of age on the Census), could be the child of Jane and her new husband Wiley (however this child could have also been the child of Wiley and his first wife.)
