Anna Born was born in Monroe County, Michigan on June 21, 1859. She was the third child and second daughter, born to Francis X. (Frank) Navarre and Elizabeth Loranger. The family lived in Frenchtown Township. She married Henry Born, (two different Henry Born's not to be confused with each other) whom she preceded in death by about six months. Anna died on December 29, 1926 at Frenchtown Township, Monroe County, Michigan from the result of pneumonia. She may have been buried under Mrs. Emma Born. Anna was still living at home at the age of 21 years, working as a servant or housekeeper at Monroe in 1880. On November 30, 1885, Anna or listed as "Annie" was 24 years old when she married Henry Born, who was 22 years old, at Monroe Township, Monroe County, Michigan. (MRMC-Vol 3). They were married by Justice of the Peace F. Choate. At that time both Annie and Henry were residents of Frenchtown, where Henry was a farmer. Willy Born and A. Choate were the witnesses for the marriage. Anna and Henry had one known daughter, Josephine, who married a Bourbina. Henry later became a stone mason by occupation in the late 1880's and early 1900's in Monroe County, Michigan.

Anna was laid to rest at St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan. She may not have a marker, none listed, none found. BP, Vol 3, p57, X
