She married Steven H. Wright; together they shared 45 years.
Lula attended Frankfort High School and worked for many years as a roller and wrapper at National Cigar Factory.
In addition to her husband, Lula is survived by her sons; Robert, Sean, and Stevie, step-son; Steve, brother; Bob , sister; Sue , grandchildren; Stormy, Ashley, Kylie, Kody, Kara, Brandon, Brittany, Christopher, Sean, Devon, Zachary, Christian, and Macy, and ten great-grandchildren.
Lula is preceded in death by her parents,as well as her son; Chad, her grandson; Brayden; brothers; Fred and Jerry Howe, and sisters; Jean Craven and Mary Wells.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 1:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Chuck Williams will officiate. Burial will follow in Scotland Cemetery.
