Ida Lou Bryant, age 88 of Turtletown TN passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Bryant was born on January 7, 1929 in Copperhill, TN to the late Elbert and Matilda Stuart Allen. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Bryant enjoyed gardening and working around her house. She was a member of the Word of God Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Bryant; daughter, Carolyn Bryant; brothers, Sam Allen, Wade Allen and Edd Allen and sisters, Oma Lee Watts, Mary Lee Stiles and Ethelene Prince.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 3:00 pm from the Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill Chapel, Copperhill, Tennessee. Interment will follow in the Macedonia (Wolf Creek) Cemetery.
