Washington, KY, and Rex Stephens of Glasgow, KY. Three daughters, Virginia Crowe of Fern Creek, KY, Juanita Shipley of Scottsville, KY, and Linda Gass of Fountain Run, KY. Three sisters, Roxie Proffitt and Marie Mizell both of Illinois, and Verneal Lebo of TX. She was preceded in death by a son Bobby Stephens.
