Mr. Paul L. Adams 86, 0f Moss Point, MS passed away on November 26,2017. Mr. Adams was born on November 3,1931 in Gilbert Town, Al. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving proudly in the United States Navy. He served on the Board of Directors at the Home of Grace. He was a avid hunter and fisherman. He was a Certified Building Inspector for the State of Mississippi. He owned and operated Adams Electric Service for 25 years and served as the building official and the inspector for City of Moss Point for 7 years. He was a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lou Adams, son David Adams, his parents Earl and Nora Adams, his brother John Adams, his sisters Edna Pugh and Hazel Morgan.
He is survived by his children Doug (Sabrina) Adams, Janet (Keith) DeAngelo, Carol (Phil) Pennington, Karen Lamie, Laurie Adams, Rhonda (Elton) Parker, and AL (Wanda) Lewis Jr, granddaughter and caretaker Celeste Lou Spencer. His brother and sisters Gaylon (Margaret) Adams, Hilda Walker, Katie Adams, and Faye (S.C.) Watts. Special friends John Dobbe, Carole Pipkins, and Leona Triplet.
He will also be sadly miss by his 20 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation for Mr. Adams will be Wednesday November 29,2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home at 4007 Main St. Moss Point. The funeral service will begin 1:00 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Martin Britt officiating. Burial will follow in Machpelah cemetery in Pascagoula, MS.
Pallbearers will be Kent Barlow, Chad Barlow, Ken Barlow, Zack Adams, Nick DeAngelo, and Michael Adams.
