Kathy Arnold, 70, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
Kathy was born on March 22, 1947 in Tularosa, New Mexico to the late Margaret H. and Demetrio D. Montoya, Sr. In New Mexico, she worked as an EMT for many years and was a parishioner of St. Francis De Paula. Kathy eventually moved to Warner Robins where she was a well-known friendly-faced cashier at Circle K and attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking, crafts, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Nickolas Ray Cano; and her siblings, Benny Demetrio, Jr., Sonny, Adelina Margret, and Gibert Montoya.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2017 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with a memorial gathering following until 7:00 p.m. Kathy will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Tularosa, New Mexico at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be given in memory of Kathy to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, http://www.myasthenia.org or American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Rd., PMB 359, Macon, GA 31210, www.heart.org.
The family would like to give a special ‘thank you’ to the doctors that never gave up on Kathy.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Arnold’s arrangements.
