Services for Hermon Lee Norris, 93, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m., Friday, March 23, 2007 in Sanders Memorial Chapel with the Reverend John Ballard officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home.

He passed away on March 20, 2007.

Hermon was born Jan. 14, 1914 in Stephenville, Texas to John and Eula Norris. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Erma Mae Overstreet in 1941; she preceded him in death in January of 1978. He married Lola R. Garrison in June of 1978; she preceded him in death in April of 1990. He was an accountant for The Baker Company for 42 years, retiring in June, 1988.

Survivors include his sisters, Jane Brower and Louise Yawn; sister-in-law, Wanda Norris; nephew, Cecil J. Norris and his wife, Vikki; nieces, Paula Cirone and her husband, Bill, Teresa Beck and her husband, Danny.

The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday Evening at Sanders Funeral Home.
