Ethel was the second of three children born Charles Mitchell and Lenora Frendlers 'Nora' (Caudle) Moose. She married Chester Easter Suiter in 1914 and they were the parents of one son Marvin Luther. Ethel and Chester were divorce and she later married Ralph Thomas Kanatzar.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Kanatzar, 4324 Kingsley Drive, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Jordan Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Kanatzar, 63 years old, died Saturday in an Indianapolis hospital. A native of Hamilton County, she had lived most of her life. She was a member of Hillside Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Ralph Kanatzar; a son, Marvin Suiter; her mother, Mrs. Nora Stephenson, and a sister, Mrs. C. F. Irwin, all of Indianapolis, and a brother, Oscar Moose of Alhambra, Cal.
