Margaret L. Boggs 90, of Parkersburg passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility. She was born June 2, 1927 in Doddridge County, WV, a daughter of the late Okey and Luella Jean Norman Richards.
Margaret loved gardening and her flowers. She was a member of the Salvation Army and Calvary Temple Church.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Alma Boggs of Parkersburg; one brother, Russell Richards of Washington, WV; grandchildren, Tommy Conley, Michael Becker and Brent Boggs; great-grandchildren, Andrew & Amber Conley, Caleb, Breanna, and Brandon Boggs and Ashley; and several great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Argil Lee Boggs; her son, George Boggs; one great-grandson, Joshua Boggs; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green St., Parkersburg. Interment will follow at the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
