Born on the ranch in Ramah, New Mexico, January 25, 1925, where she learned to enjoy the pleasures of outdoor plumbing and kerosene lamps. She was the daughter of Jim and Ora Stone Felkner. She moved to Salt Lake City in 1945 to attend Stevens-Henager Business College and to help in the war effort working at the Ogden Arsenal. She met discharged deep sea Navy diver, Tony Bullock, fell in love and got married. Leah was a Girl Scout leader and an active member of the Utah State Democratic Party. Revered as the "Super Glue" of the Bullock family, she will be deeply missed.

Survived by sons, John and Mike; daughter, Connie O'Toole (Ken); grandchildren, Alesia, Brandon, Nicole; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Tyler, Mathew; also sisters, "Boots" Wilson and Carl; Mineola Mace and Dan.

Funeral services Wednesday, March 31, 1999 at 11 a.m. in the Midvale 11th LDS Ward Chapel 97 West 7500 South where friends may call Wednesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
