Mr. Allen was a resident of Freeport, Florida moving from Baker, Louisiana. He was Christian/Episcopal by faith. He was a veteran of the Vietnam Era serving his country in the United States Navy. He worked as a Field Service Representative in Petroleum Chemical Industry.
Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore L. and Shirley Abbott Allen; and by his wife, Hoda M. Allen.
Mr. Allen is survived by his two sons, one daughter, two brothers, three sisters, nine grandchildren, and one great grandson.
