Mrs. Jennie Bertrand, age 70 years, died yesterday morning in the home at 247 South Fourth street of paralysis. She was born August 1, 1847, in Germany, and had been a resident of this city for about sixty years.
She is survived by four sons, George Bertrand, John Bertrand, Herman Bertrand and Henry Bertrand; four daughters, Mrs. Carl Horning, Mrs. Fred Selm, Mrs. W. P. Idleman, and Miss Anna Bertrand; one brother, Henry Brokamp, and one sister, Mrs. Bernadina Heiter, all of this city. She was a member of the St. Andrew's church. Friends may call any time.
