Theresa Kathleen Savage Gibbs, a retired optometric assistant, died May 9, 1992, in a hospital.
Mrs. Gibbs was born in Exmore. She was a member of St. John A.M.E. Church, Norfolk, and Ada Chapter 20, Order of Eastern Star. She was the widow of William H. Gibbs Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Ada G. Milligan, and a son, Dr. William Gibbs Jr., both of Virginia Beach; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in St. John A.M.E. Church by the Rev. I.W. Knight. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
