CLODINE F. PUCKETT
NEOGA — Clodine F. Puckett, 79, of Neoga, Illinois, formerly of Mattoon, Illinois, passed away at 12:45 a.m., Sunday, December 3, 2006, in the Heartland Christian Village of Neoga, Illinois. Clodine was born February 8, 1927, in Tuscola, Illinois, the daughter of Brad and Maddie (Woodcock) Owen. She was a retired cook and a homemaker. She was a member of the Mattoon Christian Church of Mattoon, Illinois, and a member of the Eagles Club and the Moose Lodge, both of Mattoon, Illinois.
Mrs. Puckett leaves three sons, Stephen M. Puckett and wife Linda of Henderson, Nevada, Lloyd L. Puckett and wife Pat of Pana, Illinois and David A. Puckett and wife Donetta of Princeton, Texas; three daughters, Mary Meeker and husband Dannie of Ridge Farm, Illinois, Donna Kastl and husband Gary of rural Neoga, Illinois and Sharon Shook and husband Ron of Mattoon, Illinois; one sister, Irene Woody of Clinton, Indiana; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mrs. Puckett was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister. Memorials may be made to the family.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 7, 2006, in the Swenge-O'Dell Funeral Home of Neoga, with the Rev. Don Pankey, officiating. Visitation will be held from noon Thursday until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Janesville Cemetery of Janesville, Illinois.
