He was an environmental surface mining inspector and member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife, Margie; sons, Davey, Nik, Andy and Byron; his mother, Margie Cobb; and four grandchildren.
Services 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, burial in Calhoun Cemetery. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today and 8 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Muster Funeral Home, Calhoun Chapel.
