Mildred Curtis, 86, Altus, Oklahoma and former Roosevelt resident passed away Saturday, March 10, 2007 at an Okla. City Hospital. She was born February 16, 1921 at Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Charlie L. and Mary (Landon) Hagemeier. She married Leland Curtis and he preceded her in death. Mildred taught school in Roosevelt and Oklahoma City. She has lived in Oklahoma City, Weatherford, Roosevelt and Altus. Survivors include 2 grandsons: Landon Curtis, Oklahoma City, OK; Brooks Curtis and wife, Kim, Bethany, Oklahoma; 1 great-grandson: Blake Curtis, Indialantic, Florida. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Kenneth. Services at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 17, 2007, First Baptist Church, Roosevelt, OK. Burial in the Roosevelt Cemetery. Under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Hobart, OK.
