Son of Hyppolite Paul Lucier and Marie Philomen Mallett of Vermont. He is a brother to Henry Napoleon, Francois "Frank" Horace and Chiri Lucier. Alphy made his way west through Idaho, spent some time in jail in Montana and apparently never married. He was in care here in his later years succumbing to bronchopneumonia after a stay of 18 yr 3 mo 21 days.
