Services for Bobbie Jo Green, 83, will be at 11am Monday at Sanders Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Elizabeth Abraham, chaplain at Hospice of Lubbock, officiating. The family will receive friends before the service 9:30-11am.

Bobbie died Monday, October 23, 2017. She was born on October 9, 1934 in Mart, TX to Vernon Thomas Brown and Bessie Mae Phipps Brown; attended Meadow High School; and married Bill Green in Brownfield. They moved to Lubbock in 1969. Bobbie was a loving mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family. She loved games and was a master bridge player. She enjoyed being outdoors and working in her yard. She was a bookkeeper for the company that her husband founded, BEE Equipment Sales.

Survivors include two sons, Larry of Coppell and Jimmy of Lubbock; two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Joe Garner of Midland and Claudia and Larry Bradley of Lubbock; nine grandchildren, Blair Green, Morgan Green-Norton, Jordan Green, Rob Garner, Will Garner, J.T. Green, Brenna Green, Melanie Bradley, and Anna Bradley; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her two sisters, Jean Doss and Alma Wimberly.
