Latasha was raised in Houston, Texas and attended Houston I.S.D.She accepted Christ early in life and united with 5th Ward Baptist Church.Latasha married Marcel Garrett. This union was blessed with five children, three boys and two girls.
On October 14, 2017 in Houston, Texas, Latasha left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Brooks; grandmother, Alice Lee.
Interment following service in Broyles Chapel Cemetery, Riverside, TX.
