Donna Kaye Mize, 69, of Calumet, OK, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017.

Donna was born to Sam and Jane Nelson on Sept. 3, 1948, in Prague, OK and was a graduate of Prague High School. She married the love of her life, Carol "Duke" Mize, on Nov. 11, 1967.

Donna was a homemaker and loved her animals. She loved traveling and spending time with her family. Donna loved the Lord and enjoyed church. She was an avid fan of Sooners football and the OKC Thunder.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her twin sons; and her sister, Sue Kasper.

Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Mize and Dylan Mize, both of Calumet; brothers, Dave & Barb Simpson, of Wellsburg, IA; and Roger & Denise Nelson, of Yukon, OK; brother-in-law, Leon & Marilyn Mize, of Spiro, OK.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, in the Smith & Tuner Chapel with burial following in Resthaven Memory Gardens in south OKC.
