Fern Bolinger
Fern Viola Bolinger died Tuesday, April 1 at Washakie Memorial Hospital. She was 68 years old.
Funeral services will be held at Mortimore Funeral Home today, Thursday, April 3 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Leslie Rickerson of the Church of Christ will officiate. Burial will be in Monument Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Bolinger was born August 21, 1911, in Kearney, Neb. to Neal R. and Ida E. Henderson Cantleberry. She married Verland Emmett Bolinger March 9, 1928 in Pinedale, Wyo.
She had been a lifetime resident of Wyoming and had resided in Thermopolis for 28 years.
She is survived by her husband, a daughter, Betty Baggs of Thermopolis; a brother Glen Cantleberry of Ten Sleep; four sisters, Ella Lockhart of Rock Springs, Alice Todorovich of Thermopolis, Gladys McKenner of Red Lodge, Mont., Donna Duncan of Douglas, and Iva Mae Woods in Indio Calif. She also leaves three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
